What if I need more space and bandwidth?
If you need additional space and bandwidth, you can simply upgrade your account to a higher plan. Upgrading your plan provides a much better value than paying for more bandwidth and storage on the side.
Do you accept international clients?
Yes, international clients are more than welcome at WireNine.
Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?
You have unlimited access via FTP 24-hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your web site at your leisure.
How long does it take to set up a new account?
Once you submit your order, our system automatically runs a series of fraud tests in order to verify the order's authenticity. New accounts are created and dispatched in a few minutes, but please allow up to 12 hours from the time you complete the order form, to the time your welcome email arrives.
Do you offer custom packages?

Can I buy domains names from you?
Yes, you can buy domain names from us, domain names through Databloc start for as low as $14.95/year.
Are international domain names ok?
Yes, Databloc supports all domain names with any extention.
What payment methods you do accept?
